The shopper in me says "Great!" to the midnight opening time. I’ll be up talking to friends and family anyway, we’ll just move the discussion to the mall. The former retail manager in me say "Yuck!" Having worked in 24 per day Wal-Mart Super Centers I say "Double Yuck!" You know that strange fog that you feel in your head at that time of day? Imagine that same feeling in all of your employees that are supposed to give customer service, prevent unnecessary loss, and make accurate change. It’s a nightmare.
